The New Inn has twelve lovely refurbished bedrooms, four above the main pub and a further eight in the newly converted stable block. All the rooms have been decorated and furnished to the same high standard and differ only in size.

The bath/shower rooms all have piping hot water with a decent pressure, fluffy white towels and full sized Duck Island "smellies". Large flat-screen televisions, direct-dial telephones (mobile signal is very patchy) and fast wireless broadband are standard throughout as are home-made biscuits and fresh milk on arrival. Standard rooms have double beds and shower en-suites and superior rooms are much larger with king-sized beds and mostly baths and showers. There are also two beautiful duplex suites decorated in a New England style with roll top baths in the bedroom area.
