Fayence is Located on the second floor of our Guesthouse, overlooking the pub and with a view of the immediate village and surrounding paddocks. This room is accessed via a staircase and open balcony so is not suitable for wheelchair users. Perfect for families as it is opposite Boxington which has twin beds, this room has a king sized double bed, pocket sprung mattress, Hungarian duck down duvet and pillows and Egyptian cotton sheets. The ensuite shower room has LED lighting for night time use, complimentary White Company toiletries and generous fluffy towels. Boxington

Granta
Two bedroom self contained flat with kitchen and sitting room on the first floor of the pub. Accessible by stairs only.
Granta is a delightful two bedroom flat located in the pub itself, on the first floor. Decorated in soft greens, pinks and greys, the flat has two bedrooms. Bedroom one has a king sized double bed, whilst bedroom two has a standard sized double. The sitting room has a large L shaped sofa which can be used as a bed by a child if necessary. This flat can accommodate up to four people - although for a fee of £50 an extra guest can be accommodated on the large sofa. Both bedrooms have a pocket sprung mattress, Hungarian goose down duvet and pillows, and Egyptian cotton sheets. The bathroom has a bath and shower, complimentary White Company toiletries and generous fluffy towels. Enjoy soothing music from the digital Roberts radio, Samsung HD TV and a delicious cup of coffee from the Nespresso machine. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans and crockery and has generous fridge space - making Granta the perfect location for an extended stay or mini vacation.
Hardwick

Hardwick is located on the first floor of our pub and is our largest and most luxurious bedroom. Decorated in soft blues, reds and golds this room has a king sized upholstered double sleigh bed with pocket sprung mattress, Hungarian goose down duvet and pillows, and Egyptian cotton sheets. The ensuite bathroom has soft LED lighting for night time use, a separate bath and shower, complimentary White Company toiletries and generous fluffy towels. Enjoy soothing music from the digital Roberts radio, Samsung HD TV and a delicious cup of coffee from the Nespresso machine. No access for wheelchair users.

Well behaved dogs are allowed in all bedrooms. We charge £17.50/dog/stay which will be added to your bill.

Earliest check in is 3.00pm. Latest check in is 10.30pm. We kindly ask that you check out by 11.00am.
For bookings totalling three nights (either as single or group reservation) we will take a non refundable 25% deposit. With the exception of the above, any cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to arrival will be offered a full refund. Any cancellation within 48 hours will not normally receive a refund unless we can relet the room.
In the event that The Three Hills is forced to close all reservations are fully refundable.
Payment for rooms will be processed 24 hours before arrival date.
We reserve the right to charge the guest for any cleaning over and above what is considered the usual amount. This may also include a charge to cover loss of business in the event we have to close a room for any period of time due to any extraordinary cleaning involved or the necessity of replacing such items as carpet, curtains etc. Such charges will be added to your credit card.
