Chocolate, the family suite is on the ground floor annexed to Beech House. Ideal for the family it has two separate bedrooms, the first a double with views overlooking the rear garden and the second a smaller room with two small twin beds perfect for children. The bathroom decorated with large chocolate tiles is a ‘wet room’ which allows for full disabled access, with a walk in or ‘wheel-in’ shower and a separate double ended deep bath. The lounge is contemporary in style with two leather sofas and a large wall mounted lcd television with freeview and Netflix ideal for keeping children entertained whilst parents escape to The Olive Branch.
Apple - Large Single (or Small Double Room) & Shower Room ensuite
A 'large single room' with double (5’ x 6'3") bed. It is possible for 2 guests on a one night stay, if you don't mind a small amount of space in the room and shower only, but not suitable for longer.
Apple is on the first floor, it has an upholstered double bed and is simply furnished with a french painted chest of drawers and is dressed with creams and greens. It is our smallest room and has an en-suite shower room.

Berry is situated on the ground floor of Beech House. A separate dressing room with day bed, dressing table and antique walnut wardrobe leads to the contemporary bathroom, which has a free flowing sink set on a slab of Clipsham stone and a power shower over the double ended deep bath. The bedroom has a beautiful Henri bed, with antique furniture and is decorated in yellows and deep reds. There is a seating area on the patio in the front garden of Beech House for the use of guests staying in Berry.
Biscuit - Double or Twin, Sitting Room (sofa bed for 2) & Bathroom (deep bath & shower over).
Luxurious Double or Twin, Sitting Room and Bathroom with large bath and shower over the bath.
Biscuit is situated on the ground floor of Beech House. A separate lounge area with a double sofa bed (perfect for children) and a small bureau, leads into the bedroom. The bedroom can be prepared with either twin beds or a large 6'6" square double, the room has built in wardrobes, painted furniture and a window looking onto the front garden. The bathroom has a double ended bath with large 'rain' shower overhead. The room has painted floorboards and is decorated in light colours dressed with checks and tartan. There is an outside seating area on a patio in the front garden of Beech House for guests staying in Biscuit.

Cancellation within 7 days will be offered a full refund if we are able to re-let the booking. If not a charge will be made for the accommodation element of the booking.
